Pioneer Indian graphic artist Mukul Dey
has left behind a huge body of work,
which throws light on the early 20th century Indian art scenario
including important papers, unpublished old and rare photographs,
original paintings and graphic prints of Mukul Dey and his contemporaries.
All that he left behind do not tell his story alone. Instead,
these fragile papers are capable of taking a researcher on a rare
trip to a fascinating period of our cultural history which is yet
to be fully explored and interpreted.
